About Yoga


Yoga is one of famous exercise. It is ancient India in origin. Today many people practice it all over the world because yoga is effective in losing weight. This recently trend come from New York and Hollywood trend. It is easy to start and go on practicing.

In Britain, there is The British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) . It is the National Governing Body for yoga in the UK. The BWY prides itself on the high standard of its work as the largest yoga membership organization in the UK and a premier yoga education provider. In Japan, yoga has been getting more and more popular among women since 2004. Actually I practiced yoga before with Wii Fit. I had lost some of my weight. I think it’s for beginners. There are over 40 kind of training in Wii Fit. There are about 15 pauses in contents. If you continue training, you can try to do upper step training. A Yoga Pose

This is one of the most famous pauses standing on one foot. It is effective in relieving swelling and stiff neck, and strengthening concentration and internal organ.

Step1. Put your right leg on your root of the left leg, and standing straight.

Step2. Straight back, and join your hands together in front of chest.

Step3. Both of your arms stretch horizontally breathing breath. The palms are downward.

Step4. Raise your arms snuffing breath, and join your hands together in front of right arm with crossed wrist.

Step5. Imagine expanding up and down by about five breaths.
